I started practicing aerial yoga as an addition to her traditional yoga practice in 2022. Deeply enthusiastic about the various facettes of aerial yoga, I signed up for an Aerial yoga teacher training in late 2023. Initially to deepen my own practice, I quickly realized the beauty of teaching aerial yoga and decided to engage in giving back to the community. Since early 2024 I'm teaching my own weekly classes focusing on students new to aerial. Visit the Hale.Now studio in Berlin Mitte every Saturday to join my signature aerial class for soft splits.
